You can delete your Zeka Adası account and all data linked to it (child profiles, progress, device records).

How
  1. In the app, open the Parent area › Account section and find your 9-digit Account No.
  2. Email kvkk@bilsemli.com with "Please delete my account", your Account No and your child's nickname in the app.
  3. We delete the account within [30] days and confirm by email.

What is kept: purchase records that the law requires us to keep. Cancelling a subscription is separate: cancel your App Store / Google Play subscription in the store settings; deleting the account does not stop a store subscription.
