1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between [COMPANY NAME] ("Zeka Adası") and the parent or guardian ("you") who uses the app. Children use the app under parental supervision.

2. The service

Zeka Adası offers practice games in visual, spatial, number, logic and memory skills, practice tests and parent reports. It is practice material; it is not an IQ test and does not guarantee any exam or assessment result.

3. Account and devices

Each installation creates a 9-digit Account No. Premium can be used on up to 3 devices on the same account, and up to 3 devices can be removed per month (lost devices excluded). Sharing an account with other families is not allowed.

4. Premium and payments

Subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) are charged to your Apple ID or Google account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your store account settings; refunds follow the store's rules. The yearly plan may include a 3-day free trial.

5. Acceptable use

You may not copy, redistribute or reverse-engineer the app, or sell or rent an account.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. [LAWYER: limitation of liability]

7. App stores

For apps downloaded from the App Store, Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms.
